SB19, BINI, and Five Other Filipino Acts Score BreakTudo Nominations
SB19 and BINI just picked up three BreakTudo Award nominations apiece. They are not the only Filipino names on this year’s ballot, and neither one is new to this stage.
Who’s nominated, and for what
SB19 is nominated for International Male Group, International Collaboration of the Year for “Emoji” with JOLIN, and International Fandom of the Year for A’TIN.
BINI matches that with three nods: International Female Group, International Music Video of the Year for “Sweet Tooth,” and International Fandom of the Year for Blooms.
BGYO is nominated for Asian Artist and International Anthem of the Year for “Forever Tonight.” HORI7ON is up for International Rising Artist. Rob Deniel is nominated for Asian Artist, and Arthur Nery for Global Artist.
Billboard Philippines’ list also includes Cup of Joe under International Rising Artist, a name that does not appear in Readdork’s report. Neither outlet explains the gap, so it’s worth double checking the official BreakTudo ballot before treating that nomination as confirmed.
Sharing the stage with Taylor Swift and BTS
This year’s ballot is not a Filipino only affair. Taylor Swift, Madonna, Bruno Mars, Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter, BTS, and BLACKPINK are all up for awards too, per Readdork.
Not their first rodeo in Sao Paulo
BINI won International Breakthrough Artist and International Video of the Year for “Cherry On Top” at BreakTudo 2024. In 2025, they added International Female Group and International Collaboration of the Year to that shelf.
SB19 took Best International Male Group in 2024, beating out Stray Kids, Seventeen, and TXT for it. BGYO has a win of its own too: Song by New International Artist in 2024 for “Patintero,” then International Rising Artist in 2025. HORI7ON’s 2025 haul included Song by New International Artist.
SB19 walked into this nomination round on a streak. The group won three trophies for “DUNGKA!” at the Awit Awards on September 15, 2026, Best Pop Recording, Best Dance/Electronic Recording, and Best Music Video, and frontman Pablo separately took home Songwriter of the Year.
When to watch
Voting stays open on BreakTudo’s official site through October 17, 2026. The ceremony happens November 24, 2026, in Sao Paulo. BreakTudo Awards started in 2016 and covers music, television, and internet culture.
