Secondhand Serenade, Apl.de.ap, and IYAZ Set to Perform at 9RACE
IAM Worldwide is nine years old this year, and it is celebrating with a concert instead of a cake. The company booked 9RACE (GRACE), a music festival happening October 4, 2026 at the Araneta Coliseum, organized by Wilbros Live.
The lineup splits pretty evenly. Three acts made their name overseas in the 2000s and 2010s. Three are currently some of OPM’s biggest names.
The Names From Overseas
Secondhand Serenade tops the international side. It is John Vesely’s solo project, the one behind “Fall For You,” and it’s also known for “Your Call,” “Vulnerable,” and “A Twist in My Story”. No setlist has been announced yet.
Apl.de.ap is next, the Filipino-American co-founder of the Black Eyed Peas. He is billed to bring the group’s global anthems, “I Gotta Feeling,” “Boom Boom Pow,” “Where Is The Love?,” alongside his own Filipino tracks “Bebot” and “The APL Song.”
IYAZ closes out that side of the bill. “Replay” was the song that put him everywhere over a decade ago, and it is listed alongside “Solo” and “Pretty Girls” as fan favorites.
The OPM Side
KZ Tandingan, TJ Monterde, and Dionela cover the local half of the show. Tandingan is there for the vocals alone. Monterde is the singer-songwriter behind “Palagi” and “Dating Tayo,” two songs that show up on a lot of OPM playlists right now. Dionela, behind “Sining” and “Marilag,” is one of the newer R&B names getting real traction.
It is an unusual bill on paper, a 2000s emo-pop act sharing a stage with a Black Eyed Pea and three current OPM artists, but that mix of nostalgia and current hits is basically the whole pitch.
