Bini Wins Artist of the Year and Tour of the Year at the Filipino Music Awards
Bini won Artist of the Year and Tour of the Year at the second Filipino Music Awards on Tuesday, October 6. The ceremony took place at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. Billy Crawford, KC Montero and Joey Mead King hosted.

Jhoanna and Maloi accept for the group
Jhoanna Robles and Maloi Ricalde accepted for the group. They were the only members present to receive the awards. The group is still on tour.
Tour of the Year went to Signals World Tour 2026, and the two members looked surprised.
Artist of the Year was the final award of the night. When the name was read, Jhoanna and Maloi were visibly taken aback. They fought back tears as they thanked the fans. They said they were proud to help champion OPM on the world stage. Jhoanna said they had not expected the win and had come to celebrate as fans of OPM.
Last year, a nomination
Bini was in this race last year too. At the first Filipino Music Awards, the group and its Biniverse World Tour 2025 were nominated for Artist of the Year and Tour of the Year. SB19 won both that night.
This year’s Artist of the Year field also included Cup of Joe, Maki, IV OF SPADES and SB19. The other Tour of the Year nominees were TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan’s In Between Tour, Cup of Joe’s Stardust, Dionela’s The Grace Tour and IV OF SPADES’ Andalucia Tour.
The Signals tour so far
The Signals tour wrapped its Philippine leg on July 11 with a sold-out show at the SM Seaside Arena in Cebu. Bini became the first artist to headline the newly opened venue. The tour was set to move overseas with a concert in Honolulu on August 1.
Days after the Cebu show, the eight-member group won four awards at the Jupiter Music Awards 2026. They included Album of the Year for “Signals” and Song of the Year for “Blush.” Bini debuted in 2021.
