Maroon 5 Is Coming Back, and This Time It Feels Like a Homecoming

Live Nation Philippines has confirmed it. Maroon 5 will play the Mall of Asia Arena on February 7, 2027, the band’s fifth performance in the country. The last time Maroon 5 played the Philippines was January 2025, also at MOA Arena.

For a city that treats concert nights like national holidays, this is one more date to circle.

Where Manila Fits on the Map

The Philippine stop is part of the band’s broader Asia 2027 Tour. According to reporting from Tempo.co, the run kicks off in Kaohsiung, Taiwan on January 24, then moves through Seoul on January 27, and Tokyo across January 30, 31, and February 2. From there, the tour heads to Jakarta on February 5, Manila on February 7, Bangkok on February 9, and closes in Singapore on February 12. Philstar’s report frames the same route more broadly: Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan first, then Indonesia and the Philippines, with Thailand and Singapore closing things out.

The tour supports Maroon 5’s ongoing “Love Is Like” era, which began in the United States in 2025.

Getting In the Door

Tickets roll out in stages before anyone can just walk up and buy one. The artist presale opens first, running from noon to 11:59 p.m. on August 12 through the band’s own website. An RCBC Visa Infinite presale follows on August 13 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a separate RCBC Visa credit card presale opening later that evening and running until 10 a.m. on August 14.

The Live Nation Philippines presale takes over from noon to 11:59 p.m. on August 14, and general public sales finally open at noon on August 15 through Ticketmaster Philippines.

Pricing runs from P4,000 for Box Regular up to P29,000 for the “Love Is Like” package, which pairs a VIP ticket with a dedicated entrance. A separate Early Entry package at P24,250 bundles an SVIP ticket with early entrance instead. Both packages also come with an exclusive VIP gift, a commemorative laminate, and priority access to merchandise. Box Premium sits between P8,500 and P9,500, and SVIP Standing is priced at P16,750.

VIP pricing is the one figure worth double checking before you buy. Philstar lists VIP tickets between P17,750 and P23,000, while Manila Times reports the range as P17,500 to P23,000. The official Live Nation Philippines event page confirms every presale date but doesn’t show a static price chart, so the low end of that range is still unconfirmed. Wait for Live Nation Philippines or Ticketmaster to post final pricing before locking in a budget.

From Kara’s Flowers to Five Manila Shows

Maroon 5 started in Los Angeles in 1994 under a different name, Kara’s Flowers, before rebranding to Maroon 5 in 2001 and breaking through with “Songs About Jane.” Under Adam Levine, the group built a catalog that includes “This Love,” “She Will Be Loved,” “Sunday Morning,” “Sugar,” “Maps,” “Animals,” and “Memories,” along with collaborations like “Payphone” with Wiz Khalifa, “Girls Like You” with Cardi B, and “Moves Like Jagger” with Christina Aguilera.

Five shows in one country is a lot for a band with the whole world to tour. Manila keeps landing back on the schedule anyway.
