Jollibee, DreamWorks Bring Forgotten Island Bundle to the Philippines
Jollibee has teamed up with DreamWorks Animation for a global campaign tied to Forgotten Island, an upcoming animated film whose story draws from Filipino family stories, mythology, and culture.
The partnership marks Jollibee’s first global collaboration with DreamWorks Animation. Participating Jollibee markets are offering themed meal bundles tied to the film, with customers who purchase a participating bundle receiving a limited-time Friendship Charm Bracelet while supplies last.
In the Philippines, the collaboration comes through the Forgotten Island Adventure Bundle, which includes an exclusive Forgotten Island Friendship Charm Bracelet.
A Friendship Put to the Test
Forgotten Island follows Jo and Raissa, lifelong best friends voiced by H.E.R. and Liza Soberano.
The two are high school graduates preparing to take separate paths when they discover a mysterious portal to Nakali, a fantastical island filled with magical and mythological creatures they grew up hearing about from their Filipino families.
Their way home comes with a difficult price. Jo and Raissa learn that returning home would cost them the memories of their friendship, sending them on a search for another way off the island before they forget each other.
The film is written and directed by Joel Crawford and Januel Mercado, with Mark Swift producing.
Its voice cast also includes Dave Franco, Jenny Slate, Manny Jacinto, Dolly de Leon, Jo Koy, Ronny Chieng, and Lea Salonga. Salonga voices the Dreaded Manananggal, described by the film as the most feared creature on Nakali.
The Friendship Bracelet Joins the Jollibee Collab
The Friendship Charm Bracelet is a direct part of Jollibee’s global Forgotten Island campaign. Jollibee describes it as a limited-time keepsake inspired by the film’s story of friendship.
In the Philippines, the bracelet is included in the Forgotten Island Adventure Bundle.
The bundle includes one-piece Chickenjoy with rice and Pineapple Quencher, Peach Mango Pie à la Mode with Vanilla Soft Serve, Peach Mango Pie with Chocolate Sauce, and the exclusive Forgotten Island Friendship Charm Bracelet.
The Philippine promotion launched in Metro Manila on September 16 and expands nationwide on September 23 at participating stores. It runs until October 31, while supplies last.
The bundle is available for dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru at participating Jollibee stores.
Filipino Stories at the Center
Filipino culture and talent are part of the film both on screen and behind the scenes. DreamWorks’ official film description says Jo and Raissa grew up hearing stories about the creatures of Nakali from their Filipino families, while Jollibee’s announcement highlights the film’s Filipino cast and creative talent.
Forgotten Island opens in Philippine cinemas on September 23. DreamWorks’ official movie page lists September 25, 2026 as its theatrical release date.
